Arranging a factory visit
- Roughly one hour by car from Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou
- Tour the log yard, drying chambers, production lines and the 1,000 sqm showroom
- Review customs, quarantine and environmental test documents on site
- Send drawings in advance for a same-day technical discussion
- Samples and colour cards can be couriered if travel is not practical
- Please call ahead so we can arrange a host and interpreter if needed
The map will be integrated via the Amap or Baidu Map open platform, with the required map approval number displayed for regulatory compliance.

Domestic orders in the Pearl River Delta are typically produced and delivered within 3–7 days. Export orders are container-stuffed and customs-cleared within 3–7 days of confirmation. Long-term contract clients can agree fixed production cycles.
Yes. We produce to your drawings, colour cards and non-standard dimensions, with your own branded packaging and logo. We also accept customer-supplied logs and semi-finished material for processing.
Customs import declarations, phytosanitary certificates, logging compliance documents, E0 emission test reports and coating material test reports. Long-term partners can also receive product photography and project imagery for marketing.
Standard flooring carries a 2-year warranty. Boards with non-human-caused deformation or cracking are replaced free of charge. For export shipments with manufacturing defects, we reissue the affected boards at no cost.
