Solid Teak Flooring
Solid wood flooring built on Burmese teak with naturally high oil content for moisture resistance and dimensional stability. Suited to villas and large apartments, and it only improves with age.

All solid timber, selected to suit project budget and design intent.
Burmese teak
Our primary species. Naturally grown 80+ years, high oil content, moisture and rot resistant, and it only improves with age.
Russian oak
Clear grain and hard-wearing, at a lower price point than teak while retaining genuine solid-wood character.
North American black walnut
A darker premium species with a calm, deep tone — often used for contemporary and corporate interiors.
Burmese padauk
Warm reddish tones with varied grain, well suited to neo-Chinese and vintage schemes.
Three surface treatments
Finish options include eco UV lacquer, natural hard-wax oil and Sherwin-Williams thin-coat, all meeting multi-country standards.
Smooth
The classic surface. Full grain visibility, compatible with modern, luxury and minimalist interiors.
Brushed
Fine lines drawn along the grain. Richer in the hand, with improved slip resistance and wear performance.
Hand-scraped
Hand-worked undulation for a naturally aged look — ideal for vintage and character-driven spaces.
