The flooring trade has three recurring problems: misrepresented species, layers of middlemen, and slow after-sales. A source factory with full vertical control solves all three.
Source factory, no middlemen
Complete in-house production from log import to finished flooring. No trading markup — pricing is typically 20%–50% below retail showrooms.
Traceable & verifiable
Logs sourced directly from licensed Myanmar forests. Customs declarations, phytosanitary certificates and logging compliance documents retained per batch.
Climate-matched drying
Multi-stage natural drying plus temperature-and-humidity controlled conditioning locks moisture content at 8%–15% for each destination market.
Five QC gates, E0 grade
Raw log selection, semi-finished sanding, coating inspection, dimension calibration and final re-inspection. Non-conforming boards are scrapped, never shipped.
Three premium finishes
Imported eco UV lacquer, natural hard-wax oil or Sherwin-Williams thin-coat systems. Coating materials meet multi-country environmental standards.
Two ports, dual supply lines
Short drive to Huizhou Port and Shenzhen Yantian Port. In-house customs and freight forwarding support for both domestic projects and full-container export.
